are caloundra’s beaches suitable for kids?
Answer: Yes, patrolled beaches are located in front of the resort.
are cots & high chairs available ?
Answer: Yes we can arrange hire of cots & any other baby equipment, please contact our staff for prices.
are there laundry facilities in the apartments?
Answer: Every apartment has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
can you smoke in the resort ?
Answer: No Rumba Beach Resort is a non smoking property
do all of your resort spa suites and ocean apartments have a spa bath?
Answer: They all have a double spa bath in the ensuite.
do you have a heated swimming pool?
Answer: We have a heated lap pool, a heated Jacuzzi and a recreation unheated pool.
how do we check in after the reception has closed ?
Answer: We can make arrangements for you if you are checking in outside of office hours, please contact guest services on 07 54920555 and our friendly staff will assist you.
is a security bond required ?
Answer: Upon arrival a security bond of $200 is required by credit card pre-authorisaton or cash bond.
is breakfast included in the room rate ?
Answer: Rumba Beach Resort offers complimentary muffins, tea & coffee at 26 degrees bar. You can purchase a barista made coffee.
is parking included and what is the height clearance of the car park ?
Answer: Our undercover car park is free of charge for all guests and has a maximum height of 2.05m.
is there wifi in the resort?
Answer: Yes, we have free WiFi for all guests.
what is the closest airport to rumba beach resort ?
Answer: The Sunshine Coast Airport is only 30 mins by car and Brisbane Airport is 1 hour by car.
